Built on behavioural science
Research-grounded spectrums
Each spectrum draws on established research: the Technology Acceptance Model, regulatory focus theory, automation bias and algorithm aversion, need for cognition, self-efficacy and threat appraisal.
Bias-resistant design
A 7-point agreement scale with balanced keying: half of every spectrum's statements point each way, which reduces agree-bias. Statements are interleaved so the scoring stays hidden.
Consistency check
Paired opposite statements estimate how consistently you answered, and every spectrum reports a strength percentage so you can see how clear your lean is.
A reflective self-assessment for learning and team conversations, inspired by published research. It is not a validated psychometric or clinical instrument, and it should not be used for hiring or performance decisions.
